©SAINT Mxxxxxxxx and “GHOST IN THE SHELL” collaborate on new items and pop-up store is going to be open on 28th and 29th Sep

Yuta Hosokawa and Cali DeWitt’s brand ©SAINT Mxxxxxxxx, which pursues a realistic vintage feel, will release a collaboration item with “GHOST IN THE SHELL” released in 1995.

 

Based on the first volume of the original story, the T-shirts feature two striking graphics that were used in the key visuals of the first “Ghost in the Shell” animated movie.

 

The new T-shirts are made with the original ©SAINT Mxxxxxxxx body and use a different printing method and inks from the previous ©SAINT Mxxxxxxxx T-shirts, in order to follow the vintage image of the time. The color fading, tanning, and damage are all hand-applied by craftsmen.

To commemorate the release of the collaboration items, a two-day limited POP UP STORE will be held at the select store GR8 in Harajuku, Tokyo, on September 28 (Sat) and 29 (Sun). The products will be sold at the 1st floor store of Laforet Harajuku, Tokyo.

 

The 1st floor store will be designed in collaboration with Ghost in the Shell for two days only, and will also display valuable “GHOST IN THE SHELL” items. Customers who purchase the collaboration products at the POP UP STORE will receive an original “GHOST IN THE SHELL” sticker on a first-come, first-served basis.
