‘The Exhibition of The World of Shirow Masamune -“The Ghost in the Shell” and The Path of Creation-, ‘ Collaboration with Renowned Artists Like CLAMP, Oh! great, Ilya Kuvshinov, and Kosuke Kawamura — Exclusive Merchandise Announced! urther Updates on Exhibition Original Goods and Brand Collaboration Items, PV Release, and General Ticket Sales Ongoing

Parco Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Setagaya Literary Museum (operated by the Setagaya Cultural Foundation) and Kodansha Ltd., will host a special exhibition titled  ‘The Exhibition of The World of Shirow Masamune -“The Ghost in the Shell” and The Path of Creation-’ from April 12 (Sat), 2025 to August 17 (Sun), 2025 at the Setagaya Literary Museum (1-10-10 Minamikarasuyama, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo) to commemorate the museum’s 30th anniversary. To mark the occasion, collaborative works have been created with an impressive lineup of artists.

 

This special collaboration project brings together renowned creators from the fields of manga, anime, and contemporary art to pay tribute to Masamune Shirow. Participating artists include the creative group CLAMP, known for Cardcaptor Sakura; manga artist Tsutomu Nihei, celebrated for BLAME!; manga artist Oh! great (Ito Ōgure), famous for Tenjho Tenge and Air Gear; anime director Hiroyuki Kitakubo, who worked on the video game Ghost in the Shell; and anime director Kazuto Nakazawa, internationally acclaimed for his work on the animated segment of the film Kill Bill. Also joining the project are Russian illustrator Ilya Kuvshinov; graphic designer Kosuke Kawamura; illustrator Yu Nagaba; and photographer Jiro Konami.

 

In addition, exclusive original merchandise featuring these collaborative works will be available during the exhibition.

Details of collaboration items with BE@RBRICK, GEEKSRULE, BRAIN DEAD, MEQRI, and MAX FACTORY have also been revealed! Additionally, the full lineup of exclusive exhibition merchandise has been announced.

 

New items have been added to the already diverse selection, including original mugs, a set of decorative plates featuring the popular Fuchikoma from Ghost in the Shell, randomized items such as acrylic keychains and magnets, as well as various miscellaneous goods and accessories. In total, over 100 items will be available.

 

Admission tickets for the exhibition are now on sale via e+ (eplus), starting Thursday, March 20. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to experience over 300 original artworks by Masamune Shirow, including pieces from Ghost in the Shell.
