Being entrusted with such a complex and pivotal role as the “Puppet Master” filled my heart with tension and anxiety.

Even so, during recording, I was deeply moved by the passion of the director, the sound team, and all the staff. They allowed me to do as many takes as my heart desired, for which I am truly grateful. The time I spent confronting and conversing with the “Major,” played with such sincerity and dedication by Maaya Sakamoto, became an invaluable moment for me.

When accessing the net, when accessing Ghost in the Shell—may everything connect and reach even the distant skies…

I pray that this wonderful work called Ghost in the Shell will continue to shine brightly for eternity.

The first time I stepped into the world depicted in Ghost in the Shell, it was as a sanitation worker. Time has passed since then, and this time I make my return under the persona of “Nakamura” from Public Security Section 6.

Yet, I cannot help but wonder: Is this world actually real? I thought I was managing a ghost, but could even that belief be something conjured up by an AI? Such thoughts flicker across my mind and fade away, leaving my sense of “self” feeling increasingly faint…

Or so I write in this comment… but wait, is even this created by AI…? No, no, I’m overthinking it. I’ll just go have a drink… Wait… is this even my own thought…?
