GEEKS RULE’s latest release teams up with Easy Otabor’s Infinite Archives for a special collaboration T-shirt inspired by Ghost in the Shell: STAND ALONE COMPLEX!

Product Overview
GEEKS RULE — a label founded to preserve and pass on Japan’s proud T-shirt culture by obsessively focusing on the golden era of the 1990s (choice of themes, design, printing techniques, and garment bodies) — presents its latest collaboration with Easy Otabor’s Infinite Archives: a triple-collaboration T-shirt inspired by the 2002 anime Ghost in the Shell: STAND ALONE COMPLEX (dir. Kenji Kamiyama).

Infinite Archives — a brand built around the concept of an “infinite archive,” which visually re-excavates the cultures that defined particular years — launched a 2002-themed collection, and this special collaboration was created as part of that project.

The T-shirt pays homage to previously released overseas Stand Alone Complex tees, featuring an iconic visual of Motoko and the overseas logo. The Infinite Archives logo appears at the lower left. Each shirt is finished with a special 15-screen silkscreen print, making it a collector’s piece.

Release & Sales Info

Early October: Available at the Infinite Archives pop-up in Chicago, followed by sales on the Infinite Archives online store (infinitearchives.com).

Later: Planned retail at DOVER STREET MARKET LOS ANGELES and DOVER STREET MARKET NEW YORK.

Japan: From Friday, October 17, GR8 will hold a lottery sale in store and online to coincide with the release of Infinite Archives × AIR JORDAN 17 Low by IA. (Please note: GEEKS RULE will not sell this item directly via its online store.)
