They are equipped with optical camouflage and are capable of deploying wires like spider threads for movement.

He then tries to procure the Puppeteer after they seek refuge in Section 9.

The hacker, recognized as the most unique in the history of cybercrime and referred to as the Puppeteer, possesses the ability to infiltrate and manipulate any prosthetic body at its discretion. Created through Project 2501, it started as an artificial intelligence program, but gained self-awareness. It claims, "I am a life form that emerged from the sea of information," and requests asylum as a distinct living entity.
